The lower level has a number of fast food options. There's McDonald's, Burrito Beach, Dunkin' Donuts (there's also one at Two North Riverside Plaza), Sbarro, Robinson's Ribs, New Orleans Cajun Cuisine, Arby's, Popeye's, Taco Bell, and Steak Express. If you want a healthier option, there's Rice Market and Boudin Sourdough Bakery (which share a separate food court on the east side of the lower level), Chen's Chinese Express, Wall Street Deli and Tempura House. You can also grab one of Ann Sather's famous cinnamon rolls near the entrance of the west food court. Be sure to wash those calories down with fresh-squeezed juice from Vitalizers on the upper level. If the work day has left you stressed, relax over a beer at The Chicago News Room, a nifty little spot also on the second level.
