    Hairy dudes need not skulk sheepishly into this masculine salon-spa in Andersonville. Minimally painful hair removal--from minor clean-ups (eyebrows, $15) to major work (full-body wax, $400)--is its forte. Of course, you can always ease into it: Sculpting and trimming are options, too.

    You'll look (and feel) like a rock star after a cut at this Lincoln Park salon, with walls sporting rock-and-roll roadhouse imagery and tunes cranked loud and proud. Just shelve those Sammy Hagar aspirations post-hot-towel head shave ($24). Air guitar is so uncool.
