this place used to be a great place to hang with friends, but over the years it has become a yuppie dumping ground. the service is horrible. the food has gone downhill. and the drinks just keep getting more watered down. such a shame.

ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!

I want to like this place but I just can't....Cool patio, cool people, dog friendly, loud music, cool cars, great fries....but then comes the rest.....the worst service EVER! Not only does it take forever to just get a menu but it takes even longer to get your drink order. The food is even worse. But hey, if you can charge the yuppy neighbors overpriced inedible food then kudos to the owner. The problem is that they don't come here. Its cool people that want to make this place work and year by year the service gets worse and the food gets more expensive and disgusting. Mix that with the "dont ask me for anything" attitude from the servers and your good to go. I ask you this....if you hate working the service industry sooooo much dont you think its time to move on instead of making customers miserable?

Terrible service - do you want to wait 2 hours for your lunch?

I went to Pontiac for the second time today at about 1pm for a burger. Our waitress took 20 minutes to come see us and didn't bring us a menu or water. We asked for a menu and she never brought one. We grabbed one from the table next to us and put in our order. It was more than an hour later and our food had not arrived and one of our drink orders still hadn't arrived. We all left very hungry and annoyed. There are some great places in the neighborhood that actually want to serve you and make a little money. Avoid Pontiac unless if you want to eat or drink within 2 hours of sitting down.
