overpriced with incredible noise levels. I ate here because I stayed at a nearby hotel and found it a disappointing experience. The lamb chops were marked "Market price" and I neglected to ask exactly what that was. I was amazed when the bill came. The place had the nerve to charge over $55 for 3 lamb chops. The quality of the dish certainly did not warrant that price. The items on the menu also seemed overpriced and the preparation seemed average, commercial. The dining room and bar were noisy. The decor was in need of cleaning and repainting. I certainly cannot recommend this place unless you are too tired to go elsewhere.

A-MAZ-ING!. For the past 4 years my family has gone to Harry Caray's in Rosemont on Christmas Day. Since its hard for my Grandmother to travel, its just easier to pick her up and go out for a meal. The servers remember us, and that just makes it extra special.

The food is always outstanding, and if something isn't to our liking 100% then they do their best to fix the problem. Something that you don't run into very often and ensures that we will have a great experience.

Recently a few friends and I dined at HC in Rosemont before a concert. The staff was so great, they got us out in plenty of time to get where we needed to be, and once again the food was great.

I recommend the Anti-pasto platter and no joke the fried calamari has to be the best I have ever had! Oh, and besides the amazing steaks, my Grandma would want me to tell you to order the Lamb Chops Oreganato. She looks forward to them every year.

Best Steak I ever had. Lived in the area for a few years and drove by a million times but never went in until a client of mine wanted to go there for a meeting. I had an amazing steak which i can say was the best I ever had, top that off with some really friendly and knowledgeable service and a fun atmosphere with the sports memorabilia everywhere. I'm defiantly going to be back for more.

Overpriced Tourist Trap. My boyfriend and I decided to eat here beause we thought it would be a nice place to have some good food and a few drinks. We ordered a few cocktails and beers, which were way overpriced.

I had tortilla soup before my entree, shich was okay. I ordered the chicken parmesan, and the waiter warned me not to order it. This is troubling because if everyone knows it is not good, then why serve it? I ordered it anyway, and I realized he was right. The huge pieces of chicken were dry and hard to swallow. The marinara sauce was bland, and the only edible part of the dish was the pasta.

My boyfriend described his steak as okay, and for what is cost it should have been fantastic.We left feeling ripped off and annoyed. I think probably most people who end up eating here might be tourists.

The only good thing is that the dining room was nice. It was dark but not too dark. The tables weren't too close together, and it was a romantic atmosphere. There also weren't a lot of kids, which was nice.

Excellent Service, Great Food, Lively Atmosphere. I have dined at Harry Caray's five times. It usually delivers excellent food, superior service, and a great atmosphere. This is not a quiet, romantic restaurant. This is the sort of place you go when you want a ton of good food and service that is quick, efficient, and courteous. It is on the pricey side and always noisy, but if you're in the mood for a really good steak or awesome chicken Vesuvio, then head on over. I've tried the cowboy ribeye, the lobster tail, and the chicken Vesuvio. All were excellent. My only complaint would be the asparagus being cold and under-cooked once. I also had an under-cooked steak once. Stuff happens, though. It's ALWAYS noisy. I must stress that. It's a great place to take clients. I see lots of sales people there wining and dining their clients. I see a lot of families there, too. All in all, I am glad it's in my neighborhood. My only complaint is Alison, one of the managers. She is NOT dedicated to customer satisfaction. Your complaints to her falls on deaf ears. The rest of the staff is impeccable, though.

Starters include grilled octopus, large, meaty crab cake, and "Dutchie's salad," a tribute to Harry's widow, heaped with baby greens, apples, pears, toasted walnuts and Gorgonzola. Recommended entrees include chicken Vesuvio--two breasts in a sauce of garlic, olive oil and white wine sauce with peas and roasted potatoes--and lamb chops fragrant with lemon and oregano.

Wow! What a great steakhouse!. My friend and I had never been to Harry Caray's, but we were going to a show at the Rosemont Theatre and thought we would give it a try. Wow! We were so pleasantly surprised about everything. I guess I didn't realize they were so serious about steaks. The server even brought us a steak tray to tell us all about their steaks and chops. My friend doesn't eat red meat, so he had the chicken vesuvio and it was awesome! I had the NY Steak peppercorn style and it was spicy but tasty. The portions were very large for the prices. Our server was professional and gave us recommendations, and the bus boy couldn't stop making sure if we had enough bread and water. We will DEFINITELY return and now I can't wait to try the Harry Caray's downtown.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!. Major league prices at this joint.The food in and of itself was decent but the service was minor league at best.We got the impression that all of the staff from the barman through the wait staff all did not want to be there.WE live in the neighbourhood and frequented Harry Carays on three seperate occasions.All thee visits left a lot to be desired.We will not return.
