Not Just Another Breakfast Diner. Finding lighter, tastier pancakes than the ones served at Lumes wouldn't be easy. The menu lists a wide selection of old-fashioned pancake choices, including strawberry, blueberry, walnut-raisin and chocolate chip as well as baked apple pancakes and Lumes' very own German pancakes. My personal favorite is the Swedish pancakes - these are micro-thin, and served with lingonberries. If you dont want pancakes choose from crepes, blintzes, waffles, and football-sized omelets for breakfast; lunch includes burgers and sandwiches.
