No joke, the best sports bar in town!. I was in Chicago in November and on the day we left, we had 6 hours to burn before flying back to NJ. We ordered a Chicago Classic Pizza and put down a few Old Styles, the local Chicago brewski. Since the Bears were in town, you could really see what a Chicago sports bar is all about. The T-shirt collection they got going is something else too..I just had to indulge. I can't wait to see the real deal in the summer when I come back and the Cubs are in town. Definately all as advertised!…
Pleasant place for football.... During Cubs games (and pretty much for all of baseball season), this place is complete madness. But go in during football season and it's a nice,relaxed place to watch all the games. The chairs/tables, though, are more set up for standing room, so it's not the most comfortable place to hang for three hours.…

I am a left field bleachers fan along with the "Bleacher Preacher" , Ronnie woo woo , Carmilla Hartigan and all the others. We always start out and end up every game at Jim Murphy's, the only bar to go to--the best.! My mouth is watering just thinking of a nice cold Bud and one of those GREAT Murphy's cheezeburgers.
