This place was truly awesome!. I loved the decor. The bouncers are cool and the bartenders were more than courteous. The bars are big and the mirrors are huge. It is rich and the lighting is dark very dark but that adds to the atmosphere. The dance floor is adjacent to the bar and is very modern new age looking with concrete and steel. Looks like a factory with plenty of room. The drinks were good and cheap as hell I got so drunk there I could barely stand up. I was there about three hours and I sincerely regretted leaving early I wanted to stay all night long and I would have if I had been the one in charge. The DJ was a cool guy I liked him alot too. I definitely recommend that if you are in Chicago you visit there no BS.

Forget working on your spike for the giant sand volleyball court and start brushing up on your groove.. The Scene
Where Bamboo Bernie's once resided, a late-night Lincoln Park hot spot has gone in. Smurf-blue brick walls, fuchsia track lighting, oversized antique mirrors and three crystal chandeliers lend the warehouse-y space a bit of class. While people aren't here to sit still, black and silver amoeba-shaped tables give early birds a place to unwind until the dance floor heats up. Accessible by two metal staircases, an open-air, second-floor lounge overlooks the backroom--and has a fire-escape feel, regardless of the warm rust tones. Groups drape themselves over leather couches, sipping cocktails and observing the movers below.

The Draw
When midnight strikes, so do the dancing masses of Lincoln Avenue. A Saturday Night Fever-style dance floor lights up with changing color blocks and a vibrant, youthful crowd. The DJ spins a mainstream mix of house, techno and hip-hop, with a little trance thrown in. Top 40 faves sometimes creep into the late-night selection.
