Czech-inspired, sparkly chandeliers and Old-World wood trim remain from this comfortable room's former incarnation as a Bohemian restaurant; otherwise, this eatery is as Mexican as it gets, drawing a mix of families and couples for live mariachi music and a slew of authentic dishes. Popular entrees include perch tacos smothered in garlic sauce, sauteed chicken in smoky chipotle sauce and steak fajitas with poblano, red and green peppers.

Surprise, it's good.. Wow, was I surprised by this place. I went on opening night about a year ago and they weren't quite ready (coke in cans, no linens, etc.). The food was good then though. I went back last night and was pleasantly surprised. The place was dead (Thursday night), only one other family. I was wary because of the parking lot being empty, but it was convenient to where I was heading afterwards. The food was really good, a large menu selection, and we received a complimentary appetizer. The margaritas were small, so I would suggest getting the 1/2 pitcher for $10. Our food was brought out about 5 minutes after we ordered it and the manager stopped by to check on everything. We also received coupons for free margaritas on our next visit. I will definitely return.
