Tips for Mcgrath Lexus of Chicago

Better than the rest. I've been driving Lexus vehicles for 15 years now and McGrath is better than the rest. Service is quick and as promised. They've helped me on many occasions get my car back on the road quickly, one time loaning me a set of wheel lock sockets when mine broke and my car was disabled with a flat. I've been to Bredemann in Glenview, Orland Park, Arlington Heights and Highland Park and McGrath is the best.

I love my New IS250. My experience at McGrath Lexus was excellent. Researching and purchasing a car can be very anxiety ridden, however; the agent I worked with was exceptionally sweet, understanding and patient with me. She listened to what I was looking for and answered all questions. Overall she made my purchasing experience low pressure, friendly and most importantly fun and exciting. I love my new IS250!

Helpful, Knowledgeable, the Best. I visited the service department to get my oil changed and get my sons baby seat installed and it was by far the best experience I have had dealing with a dealership service department. This was my first time visiting McGrath Lexus Chicago and definitely not my last. Mark M, the gentleman that helped me install my sons baby seat was the best as well the rest of the service staff I was in contact with! Thanks for all your help!

Wonderful people!. Set my appt. on-line and came in for my first drive of the RX 350...drove home with my brand new Lexus in a matter of hours. Julie Hill is the person you must see! I know I got a great deal and I cannot believe the way I was treated. Treated like I owned the place with every amenity and convenience. I will never go anywhere else for any of my automotive needs.

Great team!. Great professional team over at McGrath Lexus! I'd highly recommend working with them to purchase your next car. During the entire process I never once felt pressured to make a quick decision, instead they listened to my needs and delivered what was best for me.
