First off, Pizza Metro is some of the best thin crust I've had in the city. If you have a customer service problem though, they are horrible. I received the wrong pizza, called to say I wanted the right one, and everything was fine. Cut to 5 minutes later, the "manager" is calling me to ask if I ate any of the pizza. I said, truthfully, I had ONE bite, and realized it was wrong. He said because he "could not sell it" that I was entitled to nothing. Needless to say, I'm never ordering from them again. Also, if they are, as they say, re-selling old pizzas to people, then I advise no one else to order from them either.

Not only do I LOVE the food here, but I think the service it great. I have been there on many LAST MINUTE trips and the food has always been very good and the manager, everytime, has given me GREAT suggestions on what I should try!!!!! I LOVE it and I agree with the review prior....."the negative comments come from IDIOTS who eat MEXICAN food at TACO BELL......" Good job Jeff and CO.
