Time for a Current Review of Pizza Metro. I was shocked to see some of the less than favorable reviews of this fun and friendly neighborhood favorite. I believe the new staff deliver fantastic customer service. The pizza and other food items are well made and tasty. I love the unique crust/shape of this pizza -- very hip place and great people working there!

yet another place that does NOT get thin pizza. this under done, medium thick and not very tasty crust once again disappoints. not only is the crust not thin and crispy, it was underdone. it has more of a biscuit consistency than the wafer thin goodness of REAL italian pizza. this was just plain bad. the Margherita was totally uninspiring. the basil was meagerly proportioned and finely chopped (giant WHOLE basil leaves is where it's at!!). definitely NOT what a Margherita pizza is all about. the tomato, while fresh, is again, NOT what is supposed to be on the real deal. uninspired, at best. overall a BIG disappointment especially considering the reviews. chicago does NOT know pizzza in the real sense.

So-So Service, Awesome Pizza. Pizza Metro has such yummy yummy pizza. I can always count on them to serve up some tantalizing thin crust concoctions. But I'm sure I'm repeating what everyone else says when I say that their service is just pretty bad. I mean, the servers are always kind of apathetic and delivery takes forever. But when it's late at night and I need to pizza nourishment, it's where I go. Pizza: hooray!

Never again. Moved to Chicago a couple of months ago so I like trying many different pizza places in Chicago and overall love them, but this place was not good at all. They have awful customer service. The delivery guy threw a fit outside my condo and cursed out my doorman and when my doorman complained to the restaurant their attitude was tell your residents not to order from us anymore. There are way too many amazing pizza places in Chicago to be eating here.

Unbelivably horrible customer service. First off, Pizza Metro is some of the best thin crust I've had in the city. If you have a customer service problem though, they are horrible. I received the wrong pizza, called to say I wanted the right one, and everything was fine. Cut to 5 minutes later, the "manager" is calling me to ask if I ate any of the pizza. I said, truthfully, I had ONE bite, and realized it was wrong. He said because he "could not sell it" that I was entitled to nothing. Needless to say, I'm never ordering from them again. Also, if they are, as they say, re-selling old pizzas to people, then I advise no one else to order from them either.

BEST PIZZA AND SERVICE..... Not only do I LOVE the food here, but I think the service it great. I have been there on many LAST MINUTE trips and the food has always been very good and the manager, everytime, has given me GREAT suggestions on what I should try!!!!! I LOVE it and I agree with the review prior....."the negative comments come from IDIOTS who eat MEXICAN food at TACO BELL......" Good job Jeff and CO.

Slow delivery, bad customer service. I've ordered four times. First time, it took 45 minutes longer than advertised. The next two times were about 15 minutes later than advertised but the pizza was fine. The last time, the wrong pizza was delivered and the manager refused to rectify the situation because the order taker misunderstood the order and wrote it incorrectly.

Best Pizza..... Awful service!. Probably the best pizza in chicago. the grilled veggies are great n so is the potato rosemary. But the service is really rude. The pizza delivery man on 3 occasions was incredibly rude even when tipped nicely(stupid me). Same so in the restaurant where those guys treat you like dirt. especially true for the division location.

Worst Service I've had..... I was very disappointed in how awful the service at Pizza Metro was. I placed an order for delivery, one hour later still no pizza... so I called, apparently the delivery driver had been there and left (although the buzzer never rang). So, they tell me they will send the driver back and I wait another 20 minutes (this time outside of my building) and still no pizza... I call again and they tell me the driver had been there AGAIN and left. Which obviously is untrue. Horrible service I will never eat Pizza Metro again and I will also continue to tell everyone how awful this establishment is.

Delivery. this place is great if you like your pizza delivered two hours late.
