Poor food, worse service. Trying to plan a wedding reception at this venue has been an awful experience. Wedding planner "Jessica" never follows up with communication when she says she will. After being notified of our disappointment with the food tasting, she never even called to follow up. If this is the service they provide when trying to get our business, what would the service be like if we did host a wedding reception there?
