I would not recommend anyone to visit this bar. Not only is it expensive and FILTHY on the inside, but the staff here is one of the rudest I've ever come across. I witnessed a bartender refuse to make another drink for a patron, despite the fact that there was a HAIR in her drink. When the owner came out, he basically said she was out of luck. I recommend you pass by this place and visit better Southport mainstays like Cullen's or Blue Bayou.

So long as it's not a Friday or Saturday night, this is my favorite bar in town. You will become good friends with the bartenders. You will feel comfortable. You will make friends with the other patrons. The music is great and fun, and they will play requests. You can dance on the bar if you want, or you can sit in a quiet corner. Weeknights are never crowded and always fun. Unfortunately, they are no longer dog friendly, but your dog can have a treat outside. Weekend nights are a totally different story. Still great music, but crowded and rowdy. Make sure to try a sweet tart shot, or one of their yummy bloody mary's!
