“it gave a nice vibe to the place.”
“Everything else was great as well - a shrimp dish and the salmon special - we were very happy here and will definitely go back.”
“The service was terrible and you can get better Mexican food elsewhere.”
“It is such a joy to walk in and not be subjected to a bunch of young professionals screaming over their overpriced margaritas.”

Las Palmas is an underrated gem with excellent, authentic Latin food and awesome cocktails.
Wonderful!. As a concierge, I've eaten here several times and love it more and more each return visit. The staff is friendly, extremely service-oriented, very knowledgeable (especially their tequilas), the food is very fresh, and reasonably priced. It is such a joy to walk in and not be subjected to a bunch of young professionals screaming over their overpriced margaritas. If you can't stand the lines at the Hacienda, what they call food at Lalo's, and the decibel level at Adobe Grill - this is the place. We've been searching for a great little Mexican place - excellent addition to the Bucktown food scene.
