Patrons--mostly on-the-go professionals and parents with kids in tow--line up at an assembly-line style counter for hard and soft tacos or burritos (regular, fajita-style or without the tortilla) made with fillings like grilled chicken or steak, free-range pork or shredded beef.

A RICE Stuffed BURITTO. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR IN LIFE...AND IT IS TRUE HERE....RICE, LOTS OF RICE, WITH BEANS AND A SMALL LADLE OF MEAT......

Long lines, stale chips.. Chipotle offers fresh, basic inexpensive tex mex, but this outlet (Ontario&Fairbanks) is an exception. Other Chipotles are okay, this one is horrendous. Prep people/servers with little or no grasp of the English language - two servers barked at me in Spanish and became frustrated with my lack of understanding. The order taker came down and asked me what I wanted on my burrito. Keep in mind, I didn't order anything special. This happened with the customers behind me, too. I was charged double, but for some reason, the manager had to be brought out from the kitchen to figure the amount of change owed. On top of it all, I was not given salsa for the chips. No matter, they were stale. They didn't snap, they bent. The length of the line waiting of a good lunch place, it's a reflection on a bad management and bad staffing.
