Great work, fair prices.. I have had a couple of different landscaping companies cutt my grass in the past, but haven't been very happy with them. For the last three seasons I have been using West Suburban Lawn Maintenance and they do a great job! They are at my house every week on time and make my lawn look beautiful. The only time they are not there is if its raining and I don't ever need to call because I know they will take care of my lawn the next day. Fair prices too!
THE WORST EVER!!. The owner Matt is a complete liar! At least twice he claimed to have cut the grass on my investment property. When I went to inspect, he had not cut it at all. When I questioned him on it, he claimed he cut it, but when I showed him some of the dandelions were 10" tall, he had no answer. He did this twice and wanted me to pay him for cutting it. I refused because he did not do his job, so in the middle of the night, he dumped a whole bunch of cut grass and leaves on my driveway. We filed a police report and notified the neighbors to be on the look out for him.
what happened to customer service???.
My mother uses this company for her lawn needs. For the past year this company sends her bills inconsistently, the owner Matt is completely unprofessional! My mother asked him to remove the leaves and he said it would be $90, she said that was too high and he discounted the amount. When the employee came she had to ask him to do her whole lawn because the employee missed an area and then the leaves were blown onto her neighbors lawn and my mom asked him to move the leaves because her neighbor had already removed his and understandably she knew her neighbor would be upset. The owner Matt called my mother and yelled at her and said you shouldn't be telling my guys what to do and if you want the whole yard done you should pay full price!!!
I am not the type of person to leave these negative remarks but this company deserves to get this type of publicity! My mother is in customer service and she is well liked and appreciated for her hard work! Matt - you should not give a discount, and then only do a portion of the job! I know times are tough and your company may not be doing well, but you have NO right to yell at a customer and expect to get away with it! There are consequences to your actions and I believe in the power of word of mouth!
