GREAT SERVICE. I took my car there an autostart/alarm. The staff thoroughly went over all of the products & fit my car with the best solution! Everything works great & I am ready for winter with my new SmartStart!! Thanks, Mobile Concepts. :)

Knowledgable staff. I have a 17 year old Mercedes convertible that several shops failed in attempting to repair or replace my radio. I was told by many shops that the entire system system needed to be replaced. The techs at Mobile Concepts told me they could replace my radio but would need to rewire the speakers and NO OTHER equipment would be needed. They were right...it took a few hours by it sounds great...just wish they were closer to Elgin!!

not a very good place to bring your vehicle. went to have remote start installed. after it was done and i was driving away my alarm kept sounding. i brought it back and they fixed it. (what they did was disconnect the alarm) i brought it back the next day and they reconnected the alarm. (after a guy named renee told me he never should have messed with my truck in the first place). anyway after 4 more visits i took it somewhere else. they said it looked a three yr old worked on it. bad place. they seemed upset with me for their mistakes and inability to do their job.

User review by moodyplum. Had an alarm and remote start installed. After many numerous problems with either the car not starting or the alarm tripping and having Mobile Concepts take a look at it and 'fix' it, we took it to another place who in turn rewired the whole thing. Turns out the installation was a hack job and the wiring was all wrong. Once it was rewired, we had no problems.
