terrible customer service. I went into Cloud 9 to buy a pipe for my girlfriend. I walked in and my first thought was what a dirt hole! They had nascar sunglasses and cheezy clothes that not even a bum would wear. There glass selection was garbage and worst of all... those people were rude...........what a dump...find a different smoke shop.

Great Little Smoke Shop. Great place! Friendly and helpful staff. Easygoing type of atmoshpere. Great selection of clothing, body art, perfume oils, incense and pipes especially; very good craftsmanship goes into the glass pipes they sell. Lots of other fun items, too. Can't wait to go there again this weekend!

awfull, wack. adams apple rules. purchased some shampoo went home looked online the co doesnt even mention it on the website. called to return thiry min later no returns. what joke. service was crappy she stood on the phone for ten mins then looked at me like i was bothering her, what a dump. go to a real store like adams apple or weezers. thanks for nothing.
