Terrible. I wish that the reviews applied to individual hairdressers and not the salons because I'm sure that not all stylists at a salon are the same. I also wish that customers are given an opportunity to select a stylist they want rather than being assigned one. Anyway, my first time here, I got an imcompetent young woman. I only wanted a trim, I have long straight hair till mid-back and no layers, nothing..just wanted a simple trim. Well, it is uneven and also cut much shorter than I had asked. She said it looks even when it is wet because it is a bit wavy, that's why after drying it looks uneven! And I had asked to blowdry it so that the ends turn inward, but she couldn't manage to do that and they were outward. She seem so uncomfortable and clumsy when blowdrying my hair. Am never going back. Wasted 30 bucks!
