DO NOT SHOP AT TOPS. I WAS A SALEMAN AT TOPS & BOTTOMS FOR MANY YEARS WHAT THEY DO IS MARK UP THE PRICE BY 30% RIP OFF THE TAGS AND IF YOU HAGGLE AND THINK YOU GOT A DEAL THINK AGAIN YOU GOT RIPPED OFF.

FOR ALL SHOPPERS AT MELROSE AND BELLWOOD BEWARE THIS PLACE IS RIP-OFF STORE.

RUDE!. I have never been treated so poorly in any store in my life! I tried to return some items that did not fit (they were gifts) and usually if you plead your case stores will allow you to exchange items even if it's a day or two after the return policy. I should know I've worked in retail. They had the nerve to curse at me.

I will never go there again!
