Andrew and the entire staff were patient and accomodating, spending a lot of time with us over multiple visits to help us find the perfect ring. They went the extra mile to specially order items for us to view, and there was never any pressure to buy now or exceed our budget. Best Jewelry Store in the suburbs. If you appreciate fine customer service and attention to detail, Cottage Hill Diamonds is the place to go. The owners are very friendly and involved and the staff knows their stuff. Everyone is very polite and knowledgable on what they are selling. My fiance and I bought our engagement rings here and they worked with us to customize them to exactly what we wanted. Not to mention they have some funny ads and everyone there has a good sense of humor. We have been there for their "ladies night" and it is a very nice way to send a "hint hint" to someone special. We will be sure to go here in the future for our jewelry needs and wants.…

Very Good Jewelry Store. We stopped in this spring and had the pleasure to work with Norm. He took his time, told us everything, and made it fun. You can tell immediately he's experienced, knowledgeable and honest. I've visited a few other dealers in the area and they haven't matched up. Others just want to make a deal and make make it fast. I never experienced that at Cottage Hill. The service has been very good and the prices are in line with the market. They are not a discount jeweler.
