Cottage Hill Diamonds is amazing. My boyfriend Matt and I had been searching for a place to purchase my engagement ring from and we had went from Jewelers Row to all the typical jewelry stores such as Kay and Jared, but were sadly disappointed. No one seemed to treat us seriously and when they did they showed us rings thousands of dollars above our price range. For awhile we felt like giving up then we decided to go to Cottage Hill which is in my home town. After visiting the store and speaking with Joe we knew immediately that Matt was going to purchase the ring there. The minute you walk into the door someone automatically greets you and is there to help answer any questions you may have. They also listen to what you want and work within your budget to create something magical and one of a kind. Matt knew that I am very particular when it comes to jewelry so he took me along to design my ring and Joe was a saint. He knew I wanted the look of a $13,000 but was to help me find one within Matt's budget. And I can't tell you how happy we are with the end result. From beginning to end Joe explained the different types of characteristics we needed in the diamond in order to make the ring of my dreams. At no point in time did we feel rushed, treated poorly, or not listened too. When we had finally completed the process and Matt signed the dotted line I not only was happy with everything, but so was Matthew and his parents. His parents actually loved the service so much that they plan on shopping there from now on as well. I can't wait to see the final outcome of the piece once Matt asks me to marry him and I definitely will be going back there to purchase our wedding bands. I would highly recommend Cottage Hill Diamonds to anyone looking to purchase any type of jewelry no matter what your budget is because they will blow you away not only with the service but the outcome as well.

Cottage Hill Diamonds was incredible!! They were very eager to match the style of ring that I wanted; so much so, that they were able to custom make a ring for me within 3-weeks! For those unaware of the average time it takes just to ship a ring to the seller, it's anywhere from 4-6 weeks. Collin Hill in particular provided me a great deal of feedback on the status of my ring and checked in with me every couple of days to let me know how things were going. So not only was the ring incredibly beautiful, but I also received intelligent and helpful advice from the seller. Couldn't have asked for a better experience that was efficient and expedient. Thanks a thousand times over Cottage Hill!

My experience at Cottage Hill was amazing. The staff was so friendly and professional. They made the experience of designing an engagement ring unforgettable. I was so nervous to begin with, and at Cottage Hill I felt like I was at home and put at ease. I couldn't imagine going through this experience anywhere else. My husband and I could not imagine having chosen another jewelry store for my engagement ring. We drive an hour just to come to Cottage Hill. The entire staff is so wonderful. Andrew has always been so helpful. They know us by name and talk to us like we have been friends for years. Any questions I have I am able to email and have them answered. They have customers for life.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Cottage Hill Diamonds. Actually, I was in to have several pieces of jewelry repaired/cleaned. Within minutes of entering the beautiful showroom, I was greeted with offers of bottled water and chocolates...not a bad way to start! Joe and the entire staff were helpful and knowledgeable and my jewelry came back looking absolutely beautiful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this established Elmhurst business. They have been around for a long time with good reason.

Excellent Service. We had a great experience buying an engagement ring at Cottage Hill. Andrew and the entire staff were patient and accomodating, spending a lot of time with us over multiple visits to help us find the perfect ring. They went the extra mile to specially order items for us to view, and there was never any pressure to buy now or exceed our budget. We love the ring and highly recommend Cottage Hill for the great personal service.

Best Jewelry Store in the suburbs. If you appreciate fine customer service and attention to detail, Cottage Hill Diamonds is the place to go. The owners are very friendly and involved and the staff knows their stuff. Everyone is very polite and knowledgable on what they are selling. My fiance and I bought our engagement rings here and they worked with us to customize them to exactly what we wanted. Not to mention they have some funny ads and everyone there has a good sense of humor. We have been there for their "ladies night" and it is a very nice way to send a "hint hint" to someone special. We will be sure to go here in the future for our jewelry needs and wants.

Elegant with Practical Service. I had a tremendous experience shopping for an engagement ring and working with Kurt, Patty, and the entire staff at Cottage Hill Diamonds in Elmhurst on York Road.

They took the time to learn about me and my future fiance and to understand my budget. They walked me through the technical jargon regarding ring size, cut, and quality - and most importantly to me, they made me feel like I made the right purchase. My fiance and I are thrilled with the ring, and I emphatically recommend Cottage Hill Diamonds.

Very Good Jewelry Store. We stopped in this spring and had the pleasure to work with Norm. He took his time, told us everything, and made it fun. You can tell immediately he's experienced, knowledgeable and honest. I've visited a few other dealers in the area and they haven't matched up. Others just want to make a deal and make make it fast. I never experienced that at Cottage Hill. The service has been very good and the prices are in line with the market. They are not a discount jeweler. I would say they are a very good full service jeweler.

Family Jeweler. Cottage Hill Diamonds has been our family jeweler since my husband and I got engaged. Kurt has always worked with us so we get the most amazing jewelry at the most amazing prices. We refer all our friends and family to Kurt and his staff.
