I arrived at Jennings VW on a Saturday afternoon to test drive the 2013 VW Tiguan and drove off the lot the next Monday with an amazing deal on a spectacular vehicle! When I arrived I was greeted warmly by Armando Mariscal who immediately accommodated my request to test drive the vehicle. I am not one for being sold on anything and a pushy salesperson is the quickest way to make me turn around and walk out. I was appreciative of Armando s easy conversation and the way he answered my questions without being pushy about the features or "overselling" the vehicle. After the test drive I met the GM, Ken Lyon, and he too was very easygoing and straightforward while answering my questions. When we went over initial figures for leasing, I did not feel as though Ken was holding back to get the best of me, which is often the feeling one gets when speaking with a "traditional" car sales manager.

I went to Jennings to weigh my options for trading in my older vehicle and walked out so impressed with the Tiguan and the customer service that I decided to go right back on Monday morning and sign the papers. The delivery process was one of the quickest and least stressful I have experienced to date (and I have sat through many deliveries). The assessment of my trade-in was more than fair; I did not even have to haggle or negotiate to get exactly the number I had in mind. The delivery itself was executed by Business Manager, Paula Ciolino, who was pleasant, informative and very quick with explaining the paperwork. Like Armando and Ken, Paula was not pushy about presenting the extras. She simply provided me the necessary information, answered my questions, and respected my decisions without argument. I cannot say enough about the Jennings experience from start to finish, it was delightful! The entire team is to be commended for such a pressure-free and fun experience; who ever thought car dealer, pressure-free and fun would be used in the same sentence? Thank you, Armando, Ken, & Paula for being shining examples of what the car buying experience should be!

Amir Dizdarevic was my Sales Representative when I was looking to purchase a Volkswagen. I was very satisfied with his service. He was very friendly and took the time to explain the whole process step by step. He never left me with unanswered questions. He was very kind and polite and was talking to me as a person not just a customer. I would recommend him to anybody that is looking to buy a new car. The service at JenningsVW is too good to be true...but it is! My salesperson was Mike Fezatte who breaks all stereotypes of 'car salesman'! He is intelligent, articulate and communicates well. His patience and 'non pushy' style earned my trust. When my new Golf arrived with a paint defect (which, btw, he pointed out and did not try to pass it off!) he had it fixed immediately without question. When it was not to my satisfaction Ken Lyon, the General Manager, courteously and efficiently remedied the problem. No haggles, hassle or excuses! The experience of purchasing from JenningsVW was fantastic from the polite service staff to the entire sales group! I give them the highest recommendation possible. The drive from Chicago to Glenview was well worth it!

My experience at Jennings VW was excellent. Newell Colber was able to find the car I wanted when I would have had to wait 3 months at my local dealer. Arek Anesko picked me up at the airport and went out of his way to answer all my questions, making sure I was comfortable with all of the Passat features before I left the lot. Paula Ciolino secured an extremely low financing rate for me and made the "signing on the dotted line" as painless as possible. I would highly recommend contacting Jennings VW if your in the market for a great vehicle. By the way I averaged 48.7 MPG on my first tank of diesel.

Mike Fezatte's detailed knowledge helped me compare VW models and identify the right vehicle for my needs. He then located the exact configuration I wanted, offered a very competitive price, and had the vehicle transferred to Jennings in a few days. Throughout he was unfailingly professional: patient and thorough during test drives and walkarounds, communicating regularly but not overly, positive about the products and the organization. It was a pleasure to work with him, and I would not hesitate to recommend Mike and Jennings VW to others.

WITHIN MINUTES OF TALKING TO NEWELL COLBERT HE WAS ABLE TO LOCATE A VEHICLE FOR ME WITH THE COLOR AND ENGINE THAT I PREFFERED. VEHICLE WAS OUT OF STATE BUT MR MIKE FEZATTE TOOK OVER AND 5 DAYS LATER AT 09.30 AM HE SUPRISED ME WTIH A PICTURE THAT MY CAR HAS ARRIVED 2 DAYS EARLIER THAN IT'S SUPOSE TO. SAME NIGHT WALKED UP TO THE DEALER AND MIKE FEZATTE GOT ALL THE PAPERWORK PREPARED WALKED US BY THE CAR FOR DELIVERY INSPECTION. THAN EVERYTHING WAS FINALIZED BY PAULA CIOLINO WHO WAS A VERY PLEASANT,QUICK AND PROFESSIONAL PERSON. LESS THAN AN HOUR I WAS OUT WITH A NEW VEHICLE IN MY HANDS. THIS WAS THE MOST PLEASANT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE AND I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND JENNING TO EVERYONE. AND I WOULD LIKE TO SAY ONE MORE TIME SPECIAL THANKS TO MIKE, NEWEL AND PAULA YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST AND DESERVE A BONUS FROM YOUR BOSS!!!!!

After a typical "car sales" experience at Autobarn-Evanston (complete with brutally long waits while the sales guy "talked over" the latest proposal with his sales manager (aka surfing the web while priming the customer)), we went over to Jennings where we met Jason Adler and his sales manager, Andrew Low. Once we settled on the car we wanted, we had a deal within 10 minutes. Jason was polite and helpful. Andrew was pleasant and to the point. All in all, it was one of the easier car buying experiences we've had.

My sister bought a new volkswagon jetta from Amir and a few weeks later I went in and bought a new jetta from Amir as well. I cannot say enough how wonderful this guy was to buy a car from!! Not your typical salesmen at all! My whole family always buy Fords' and now we will all be buying volkswagons from now on! Amir covered everything for us down to the new insurance my sister and I had to get. He went so above and beyond any car salesmen has ever done! He didn't bug or try to get you to buy more or BS us on anything. He is so knowlegable on cars it is unbelievable and he took care of everything in both my old and new cars. He spent the extra time to set up everything in my new car and show how to use everything possible there was to use in the car. He was so nice and down to earth and my whole family will be buying their cars from him from now on! What a great guy!!

I've been through a few new car purchases and this has by far been the best experience I've been a part of. Amir made me feel very comfortable and explained all of the details in a simple and affective manner. Within the first 5 minutes of talking with Amir I could see he is very passionate about VW just as I am. I strongly recommended anyone looking for a new car to see Amir at Jennings. The time I spend at Jennings was great and I absolutely LOVE my new VW GLI!!! :)
