Flavorless food

Worse food in the city....also watch out in the parking lot........our car bumper was damaged in their parking lot and they claim no liability for this incident. Even after picking up the paint chips in the parking lot and showing them they deny any liability....told me to call my insurance company !

• Pros: waitress was very nice
• Cons: no liability for their parking lot

Don't plan on good food, clean plates and flatware or good service.

After years of tring to convince the family to eat out for Thanksgiving dinner at the Old barn in Burbank we were all at a loss of words after this experience. Dinner was more like a lunch room in some sort of public institution. The dinner hall lighting was too bright. The plate setting and flatware were dirty with food residual of the prior persons dinner,i think it was mashed potatoes to be exact. It wasn't only one setting it was all of them.They even had food on the bottom of them. When brought to the attention of the waitress she did't show a bit of concrn and brought out new settings. It was appearent the satff was bothered by the request. The turkey was dry and sides tasted as if they were simmering all day.

After trying to make the best of the crappy settin and service we asked for seperated check which they whould not do. they had the gull to cahrge us for my 3 yaer old nices that didn't even eat.. The dinner was a per person charge. There are a whole lot of better places out ther than the crappy old barn. It needs to be put out to pasture for ruining our Thanksgiving.

• Pros: you can eat if it was the last place to eat on the south side
• Cons: Don't count on a good value or clean plates.
