Complete Rip-Off---Wouldn't let my dog eat there

Was told on the phone when we made the reservation that their menu as posted on their website would be the menu for that night. Then, when we got there, we were told that there was a limited menu, on one sheet of paper, which would serve as our choices for the night. We ordered the only two steaks on that menu, the filet mignon and ny strip, medium and medium well. The steaks were served burnt to a crisp on the outside and bloody on the inside. We sent them back, and were assured that new ones would be cooked. After 30 minutes, the "new" steaks came to our table. Again, they were almost raw and bloody on the inside. Neither was edible. The waitress was very nice, and apologized for the continued mishap. Then, she came back, and said that the manager said that they would still have to charge us for the useless steaks that we couldn't even eat. We asked to see her. She came to our table, and told us that Jenny's policy was to allow customers only "one send back and re-cook per meal." We complained about this, but all the manager said was that it was "out of her hands," and that we would have to talk to the owner, but that he was not there that night (he was probably out eating at a good restaurant). So, 90 minutes later, we had 2 potatoes and some soup to show for our $54.00 tab without tip. We had no meal for our dinner, and our night was ruined. Be forewarned---if you want horribly mis-cooked, inedible food at an outrageous price, rude management, and a limited menu that is NOT what is posted on their website, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, avoid this place at all costs. The fact that this place has "Steakhouse" in its name is the joke of the century. I wouldn't let my dog eat at this dump. A total disappointment, lousy food, and a waste of money and time.

Delicious food

Food is good, atmosphere is nice and server was very attentive, would visit again! Price is right as well. The oreo ice cream dessert is to die for, be sure to save room!
