Oakton Animal Hospital. I just wanted to say that this is the best animal hospital I’ve ever been to. Dr. Ephraim is in this business because he loves animals, not for the money. I am a worrier and I have a 15 year old cat that I wouldn’t trust with anyone but Dr. E. He is so kind and gentle when dealing with my cats, and his staff is top notch. He returns telephone calls almost instantly and NEVER makes you feel stupid for asking questions. He’s not a salesman; he is a doctor, and a great one at that. The prices are fare, but to be honest, I’ve never compared his rates to any other hospital because he is incredible. He has always been upfront and honest about procedures – whether they are necessary or not. He has never tried to sell me something my cats don’t really need. If you are a person who loves your animals and treat them like kids, this is the animal hospital to go to. It’s clean, it doesn’t smell and the first thing you notice when you walk in the door is a smiling receptionist. The Techs have always been gentle while assisting in the examinations. One thing that has always impressed me about Dr. Ephraim is that he remembers everything you tell him and everything about his patients. He has never forgotten a single detail on either of my cats and I’ve been coming there for at least 13 years. I’m not sure what I’d do if he ever retired. I don’t know if I’d ever stop crying! I’m really not one to leave reviews, but Oakton Animal Hospital needs to be commended for a job always well done
Watched You Tube Videos. Before I visited this Vet, I visited OaktonAH (com) and watched the YouTube Videos I learned a lot before I brought my dog, Tippy, in for his rabies shots and checkup. I really felt like I knew what to expect before I walked through the door. Tippy seemed to like him and got a really good checkup from nose to tail.
Not impressed. All this guy wanted to do was sell me pet insurance. & then he felt the need to argue with me about it. The receptionists are nice.
