NEW HOTEL! THIS IS THE NEW DOUBLETREE. Large rooms, contemporary design, free high speed internet, and free (although limited) shuttle to and from O'Hare and Woodfield Mall.

Pros: New Hotel, great service, warm cookies

Cons: None

Unreliable in all ways

Booked this hotel for a banquet over six months before event -- hotel decided to close for renovation during the time of our banquet and NEVER notified me. VERY UNRELIABLE.
