New ownership...changing recipes. We have been going to this location for 10 years now. Anna and Leo are pretty much the reason why we keep coming back! The are awesome!!!

Recently there has been a change in ownership and the recipe for some of the items is being changed. The new rice is horrible!!! Go back to the old recipe for the rice!!!

Pepes what happened?. After 15 years, my family, friends and I have been addicted to Pepes. Their food is amazing and the people are great. Rockie is always so welcoming and a pleasure to talk to and such a sweetheart. Anna and Leo are always going out of their way to make our meals fantastic, but ive heard some rumors going around that Pepes in under new ownership? I couldn't believe it! A girlfriend of mine and I decided to go in for dinner the other night and wow. The music was changed and the environment seemed unhappy. I saw the new owner briefly, but didn't make rounds around the tables to converse like Paul used to. He was very rude and seemed very arrogant. Pepes, Pepes... who is this new guy? I will only go in to see the staff. Never in my past 15 years, did I ever feel so unwelcome in this restaurant.

Pepe's is AWESOME. My friends & family have been going to Pepe's for over 10 years. The reason we come back time & time again is definitely because of the service, specifically Anna. Their food is great too, don't get me wrong. But they go out of their way to get you what you want, the way you want it. I love their margaritas, they are to die for. We go there for birthdays and all other special occasions. If I were stranded on an island with one choice of food, it would be their garnachas.

Love The Staff, but go for the food.... Pepe's has long been our choose for great mexican food. For over fifteen years my wife and I with many family and friends have enjoyed the great food and the best service around. Just ask for Anna and her side kick Leo between them they always make our dining experience special.

For tasty Mexican-American food with speedy, friendly service. If you are in the mood for some great Mexican food or American food, Pepe's is what you need to try. I can honestly say I have tried just about everything on the menu and it is ALL good. Not only is the food delicious, but the service is great as well. Once you place your order, it seriously is minutes after you are already eating your dish. The whole staff is so friendly and hardworking. They are really interested in serving you to the best of their ability. Pepe's is a great place to get a quick bite to eat, or to spend a special occasion with family and friends, or to get a few drinks after work with some chips and tasty salsa. I have also never tasted salsa like theirs anywhere else. Oh yay, and the margaritas are AWESOME. Especially the frozen melon flavored margaritas. :)

Best Mexican Food and Service. Seventeen years of eating at the same restaurant should speak for itself. The food is consistantly good.

Our favorites are steak or chicken fajitas, enchiladas Cozumel, stuffed steak tacos and Mariachis.

I am a diabetic and only drink diet cola. One cold night when their machine froze, they went next door to the BurgerKing and got me a diet coke for my dinner, you can't beat service like that.

Ask for Anna or Rocky for the best service and if they are not too busy, a fun time. Say hello to Leo for a real friendly smile.

I can not praise the service enough!. My family and I are and have been frequent customers of Pepe's Restaurant in Rolling Meadows, IL. for more than 25 years. Mr. Anderson and his entire staff are the most friendly and polite people. They really make us feel very welcome.

Pepe's Restaurant has an extensive menu with a variety of Mexican meals well prepared and cooked as we request them.

The meals are brought out of the kitchen beautifully presented but most important very fresh, warm and fast. They taste delicious.

We enjoy the atmosphere in this restaurant, they make you feel relaxed as you dine. There is no rush.

I can not praise the service enough; the effort of all the friendly servers and the rest of the staff is just great.

I would recommend dining at Pepe's at any time, whether on the way home from work or to celebrate an especial occasion or to have just a good relaxed dinner at any time.

Pepe's Restaurant in Rolling Meadows has always accommodated my requests for my special occasions with my friends and family.

WE LOVE PEPE'S!!!!. We haven't tried a better mexican restaurant in the area! The staff is so nice & friendly. This is the best service we have ever had, hands down. The chips & salsa are made fresh daily! I love the carne asada! I can't even eat steak at other restaurants anymore because they just don't compare to the quality & portion for the price at Pepe's. We always order their 45oz margaritas, they're like fish bowls! I like the strawberry, the husband likes the original, but get the gold...we like it better! We love their guacamole & garnachas for appetizers! We tried this new dessert, it tastes like cheesecake & is called Berry Berry, I think. I agree, Sundays are the best day to go & kick back w/a big margarita & awesome food. The waitress & chip guy are really nice, they always give us good service. You haven't had good service or great mexican food until you've had Pepe's!

home made chips and salsa. We love to go to Pepe's as a family night out for dinner. They have the best home made chips. And the best home made salsa. We have tried tostada suizas, flautas, enchilada cozumel, and they make a great steak dish that my husband loves. Occassionally there is room for dessert - fried ice cream. But we are usually too full from all the ships and salsa. Fresh brewed ice tea. Delicious beans. Real sour cream. We drive 35 minutes just to get there, that is how much we like it!
