Dale Jones is simply the best:)). I have been getting my hair done by Dale Jones for 3 years now, and she is simply the best! Always attentive, thorough and thoughtful, I end up with the best hair, and the best service. La Relance is the most pampering salon I have been to.

Outstanding salon. I have been going to Amanda now at (newly named ) Salon La Relance for about seven years. She runs a wonderful salon, filled with pampering and comfort. They all do whatever they can to make you feel comfortable, relaxed and special. You feel so well treated here, it is like going to a wonderful spa. Not only do I find the Keratin treatments and color great, but also hair maintenance so that I feel that my hair is in its best shape ever. Also, I love the shoulder massage, hand massage, and wonderful Aveda tea that accompanies each appointment. Go here if you want to have a special day, at very reasonable prices. FOUND IT...... Michael gave me the best hair cut in 15 years...since my last stylist moved to CA. I've been all over the place in regards to finding a salon, some very pretentious ones downtown too...didn't care for any of them. On a whim I made my first appt. here last year in the summer. Hair cut & highlites. Loved the results. I made the mistake of leaving too much time lapse for another appt. & I went to Florida for a wedding & got talked into getting my hair done @ a local pink salon. Huge, huge mistake!! I look Like a skunk w/orange streaks in my brunette hair! Just made an appt. w/Michael to get it fixed soon. Can't wait.…

Best Salon in Chicago!. After my hair stylist moved to Miami I was lost. She did my hair for six years. I tried others at the salon, but no one had her talent. I would stop people on the street and ask who did their color! Yes, I was desperate.

I bounced from expensive salon to expensive salon wondering where the hell did these people attend hair school? New Jersey? Sorry Snookie! I went to some of the most elite salons in Chicago leaving feeling blah. Really? I just paid $200 for a cut and color that looked like crap!

Finally I met Amanda through a friend. By this time I had given up on my golden locks. Thinking this girl is not gonna get me back to the blond I want to be! But I was wrong. She is AMAZING!!!!!! If you have light hair and dread leaving the salon looking too yellow, too orange and just damn brassy go see AMANDA ladies!!!!!! She also humored me through my faze of wanting to be a brunette. She achieved amazing color only for me to get sick of it quick and flip back to blond in months.

Her partner in crime, Michael, is amazing too. They are both on top of all the hair trends and cutting edge styles. They have to be they are located in the North Shore! However, you don't have give up buying that bag you wanted to get your hair done there.

They both give you their undivided attention. She has never triple booked me, like other salons. I have never waited more than a few minutes to see her. And most important...she has never messed up my hair!!

I have since started getting keratin treatments, which are amazing. If you are thinking of getting one, go see Michael. My hair dries in half the time and is never frizzy.

It has taken me a long time to finally write something about Hair Texture la Relance, cuz I just generally don't write anything unless I'm pissed, however they deserve the praise. If you are looking for an amazing salon check them out. You won't be sorry.…
