This was my first experience with Jennings and the Chevrolet product line. After researching various cars, I came in pretty set on an Equinox and Alan Stern worked with me in comparing the various models and features. Alan was very patient and thorough and stayed in touch with me over the next couple of weeks while also giving me time to make a good decision. He found exactly what I wanted in their local inventory and we spent considrable time test driving. With a young teenager about to begin driver's ed, safety, navigation and easy handling were key concerns. Alan made sure to address my daughter's questions and to include her in discussion about the car. After purchasing my Equinox, Alan spent a great deal of time orienting me to how to actually use all the great features and set up my phone service.
Lenny helped us with the purchase of my used car. He was quite easy to get along with and did not pressure myself into anything that I did not want. He made sure I was taken care of. It was quite an enjoyable experience.
Jennings Chevrolet is an outstanding example for all other car dealers to emulate. From the first phone call to driving off the lot with the newly purchased 2006 Chevrolet Equinox, their overall customer service was superb. Jerry Perberg, Kiwon Kim and Davis De Treville provided excellent customer service. Jerry immediately impressed me by treating my family with kindness and respect. When it came to the final numbers Kiwon was honest and forthright and Davis efficiently completed all the paperwork in a very relaxed manner. They made buying a car fun and very enjoyable. All the staff was friendly, helpful and fun to be around. Very impressive was the fact that after we had purchased the car Jerry noticed something wrong and had it repaired. Then because it was taking so long to repair he sent us to lunch and paid for it. I have been to nine other car dealers in my life, been recipient of poor and good service. However, Jennings Chevrolet completely blew us away with their wonderful service. It is the best of the best.

I had a wonderful sales experience with
this dealer. I was referred here through the Costco Auto Program and I couldn't be happier. I do a lot of research online before buying and I knew what I wanted before I walked in the door. I knew how the ordering process would work and I knew exactly how much I should pay.
I even gave the salesman several "tester" questions that I knew the answer to to see if he was 1) knowledgeable and 2) honest. He was both, and his communication was great. I wanted to know the status of my car throughout the whole ordering process, and he always responded quickly. Delivery took 8 weeks, 3 of those weeks my order was at status 1100, which means the dealer did not have an allocation. This is the case with most dealers, but the salesperson was straightforward and honest about this fact. The order was picked up by GM for the exact target production week that he said it would when I placed the order. These guys know what they are doing. If you are lucky, you might walk in on a day when they have an allocation and your car could get to you in around a month.
Anyway, they told me about the extended warranties that I could buy on the day I picked up my car, and there really wasn't any pressure to buy them as soon as they saw I wasn't interested. This was really a great NO PRESSURE sales experience and if I buy another Chevy, I will definitely buy from this dealership again. They are honest people and they bend over backwards to make their potential customers happy. They are rated A+ with the BBB and it really shows.
