very helpful. Steve Tinkler was very helpful and went out his way to smooth the buying process. Steve had me test drive a number of cars to help me make up my mind on which model would satisfy me. Then Steve worked to hard to optimize the time to complete the sales process. After the sale he sat in the car with me to teach and familiarize me with different functions so I would derive more benefits of different aspects of my new car. Later a couple of days late Steve proved what kind of salesman he is. I missed how to remotely start my auto. Steve informed me about how long I had to activate the engine remotely and how to turn it off. Steve stayed on the phone with me through a test procedure. He went the extra mile. I would recommend Steve since he cares about his clients and stops to take time to help them after the sale.…
