NEVER..Go Back!. I saw something today in this restauarant in Glenview IL, that just blew me away. Me & my GF, were having lunch at this place, GrandPa's, it's by the RR tracks just north of Glenview Rd. I saw the owner of this place 'Ban" another guy for something that even the banned guy buds said wasn't true. This owner guy was being REALLY rude & obnixious. My G/F was digusted at the way the owner treated this customer. We'll NEVER go back ther again. I don't know...to me that owner guy is a jerk-weed

Good Place, BAD OWNER !. Have been a 'Regular' there for mnay, many years. Bartenders are genrerally pretty good, BUT NOT too generous. wait staff is adequate. Food is typical 'Pub Grub'..it's ' ok ', not much more. The RUB is the guy who owns the place..His attitude towards 99% of the customers and especially the 'Regulars' (who spend a GOOD amount there !!) is one of arrogance and simple disdain. HE is unbelievably callous and actually has said "People who drink are weak!". Just you wanna' hear from a bar owner. I've made a decision NOT to support HIM or his place. Before HIM it WAS a "Cheers" like place. NOT any more...
