I went to Jacqueline's to have her staff redesign my ring. The quality and workmanship was extremely poor. When I contacted the store regarding my problem, the staff was rude and the owner was also rude and ignorant. I was extremely upset with the service I received especially with the amount of money I was charged. I had to bring the ring to another jeweler to repair it. It also appraised at a lower value than what Jacqueline's had said. Do not trust anything they tell you. They do not back their work. I would not recommend this store to anyone!

So-so. I went to Jacqueline's to buy a ring for my wife. Unfortunately the selection was pretty standard, very similar to kay jewelers or other stores that I visited in nearby malls. Nothing unique.

Luckily for me she did have a ring that was very similar to what my wife liked. Unfortunately it was almost as expensive as everywhere else, despite "many generous discounts".

Jacqueline is a fine woman, but two old gals that are working for her are quite negative. They are pushy, fake and make you feel rather uncomfortable.

So, the bottom line: if you are lucky you might find there what you want, but don't go there for something unique or pleasant experience.

Geeze, in this economy I would expect jewelers to be more flexible and nicer...

Very helpful and honest jeweler.. If unique is what you like, you will find it at Jacqueline's. I don't have a lot of jewelery, but what I do have, I like it to be unique. I can always find something at Jacqueline's. I got my wedding band there and am constantly getting compliments on it, even 7 years later. They can also design something for you if you have an idea of your own, which my husband and I did for my engagement ring. It turned out great!

I have referred many people to Jacqueline's for engagement rings, wedding bands, watches, etc., and every single person has been more than satisfied. Each one saying how comfortable they felt working with the people there, and how helpful and honest everyone was.

I highly recommend going to Jacqueline's to see for yourself what a great jeweler it is.

Best Jeweler in Town. I've used Jacqueline's for all our jewelry needs - recently went to a cash for gold party and everyone left satisfied - even my friend got a custom made ring - how awesome!

A Jeweler that has everything you need. A Jeweler that has everything you need.

I went there to buy my wife a gift and found out that there is a Jeweler on the premise. They do repair as well as custom jewelery right there.
