I have no idea what the bad reviews on here are about! We booked the deck area for a group of 65 people on Saturday and it couldn't have been any better! Fast service, good food, friendly wait staff - couldn't ask for much more! Thanks Vickie!

What a fun place! Located on the Fox
River, they do have boat parking (which is awesome, because otherwise I'd never go).
Once you walk up to the restaurant, it's seat yourself inside and outside. They have a good beer selection to start off with, and when you sit inside they bring popcorn to your table.
Their food selection is pretty extensive, from sandwiches to pizza to steaks. I've never had anything there I didn't like!

As everyone says, the place is a lot of fun during the summer, but they've changed things up a bit all the time and have an AWESOME Sunday breakfest buffet. Just got back and had to write about it.! The buffet is huge, and, they have a chef making omelets, french toast, and carving prime rib and ham. Everything was great, and, the staff was very attentive and fast. The buffet chef was great too, her omlettes are great!!! I've heard the Friday seafood buiffet is really good too, we plan to check that out next week.

We love going to Vickie's on a warm summer day. Great sandwiches and electric palm trees. Bright umbrella's along the river with good service. Last time I had the pulled pork sandwich and it was very good

We had the spinach artichoke appetizer which is the best I have had. I had the chicken ceasars salad which was very good. My husband had the reuben. He said it was a little to heavy on the dressing but overall was good. Service was good and we enjoy coming here for the outside deck.

I loved that is on the Fox River. They
have a great macaroni
and cheese. I don't know if it is on the regular menu or just
for the kids but ask for it and you will receive a real treat

Very good portions, outstanding reuben and their sour dough italian beef is two outstanding meals. I have never been able to finish the whole sandwich. Right on the river so people can dock their boats right next to the restaurant.

WORST PLACE ON EARTH.
I give this place one star only because this site won't allow less.
Got the worst service ever from the waitress. When I asked to speak to the manager the waitress brought Vicki herself. Vicki sided with the waitress who gave nothing but poor service and then proceeded to remove my unfinished meal (Steak) from me which she expected me to pay full price for.
We won't ever go back. Stay away from here.
