What a business !. I started taking my cat yearly to MGAH beginning in the year 2000. In 2007, his senior wellness exam was done by Dr. Cynthia Olsen. I made her aware that he had been chewing his right rear leg. It is part of my pending complaint filed with the Illinois Dept. of Professional Regulation that Dr. Olsen gave me a spray and told me that cats tend to self mutilate when they are bored. It was later determined that he had a bacterial infection, nocardial cellulitis/osteomyelitis and ultimately required AMPUTATION of the leg.It is my opinion that consumers need to choose their veterinary services wisely. Dr Bertoglio treated my cat from 2000-2003 and in 2006. As current co/owner of MGAH I have made them aware of this situation and heard no response. In my opinion this is no proper way to run a business or treat loyal customers. Thank you for reading. I will NEVER go to morton grove animal hospital again !…
