Dealer is close to where I live so I tried to get them match the lowest quote I got. They matched it. The transaction is very smooth. no additioanl funny fees at all. Mike in the internet department helped me. He is not extemely friendly as some dealers are but I got the car with the price I was quoted. To me that is the most important thing. I do need to wait there quite long because the car I need is not in their lot. they need to get it from somewhere else.

This is three years ago, but Castle Honda did right by me. I knew what I wanted. I had some competitive quotes. They found/had the model I wanted and beat my written quotes. Professional, helpful and I appreciated the attentiveness. Not overbearing, not selly.

truly a "happy" one!!

My experience yesterday at Castle Honda,was truly a "happy" one!! I dealt with Rafael Cisneros,who was so laid back, and "down to earth"...being a woman I knew from past experiences, how "dealer's" can be so intimidating,and "pushy"..I was actually dreading buying a new car. Rafael made my purchase so easy and stress free, I am still in shock!! Rafael was professional and gave me the best deal,I thought possible...after doing much research,before I went into any dealership. I will be recommending Castle Honda to my friends and family...
