The best EGG ROLLS in Chicago!. I have been going to the Palace since high school (27 years) and though the owners are different, the food has gotten even better. I love the "ShrimpTiki" with it's soft noodles, plentiful shrimp and lobster-style sauce. I always get the complete dinner because they have the best eggrolls! They even have vegetarian ones. Everything is great and the price is right.…
