VERY HELPFUL AND QUICK. Today my d700 shutter got stuck and I was freaking out. I tried calling Nikon and they didn't really help me at all and basically told me to just continue to shoot with it, um hello that will not work, My camera just can't poop out on me during a shoot. Well I found Autorized Photo service on google, gave them a call and the man I talked to was so helpful and nice. He took my concerns seriously and then said If I came in today they could look at it right away and give me a free estimate. I did and he told me to wait for a few mins, they looked at it and brought it back up and showed me how there was something wrong with it! Good thing I brought it in and didn't listen to Nikon and just shoot with it. It might of gotten stuck again! He gave me a quote and the turnaround time he quoted me was awesome since they had the parts in stock, about 3 days! Much better than the 6-8 weeks nikon was promising! I will def. be recommending this shop to all my NIKON photographer friends!
