TERRIBLE Customer Service.
Pet Sitters of Mount Prospect was truly unprofessional and I would never trust my beloved pet in their care. Not only did Anna cancel our first meeting, but she cancelled our second meeting as well.
Phone calls were not returned and email response was not timely. The vibes I was getting from her were already negative, so a cancellation of a second meeting within the same week only confirmed my feelings. I would not want her in my house and I would not trust her to take care of my dog, she clearly is not as interested in this business as she may seem. When I questioned her interest, she told me it might be best to contact someone else.
I would not recommend and I would not trust this service, please do yourself a favor and research other pet sitters. There are others out there that will genuinely care for your pets.…
Great experience, will use again. Had a great experience! Petsitters of Mount Prospect was excellent at communicating with us the week or so while we were away. Highly recommended!
Never a problem.
I've used Petsitters since they have been in business and have never had a problem. They have my key and always remember to set the alarm.
The cats have food and some companionship. Their litter is changed. My plants are watered if I ask and my mail is brought in.
I think this is a reliable and trustworthy company and I highly recommend them.…
They skipped a day. Pet Sitters of Mt Prospect admitted to skipping a day, leaving our cat and dog unattended. We have very strong indication that this may not have been an isolated occurrence either. I do not recommend Pet Sitters of Mt Prospect. If you care for your animals, try to find another pet sitter. That's what we are doing too.…
