Horrible Customer Service

The Cutting Edge does alot of business in Palatine but most if not all would agree that their front office is horrible with standing behind the quality of their work and returning calls when there is a problem. I had brick paver work done by them and when bricks became loose, they never came back out to repair even though they promised they would.

- Cons: Awful customer service/follow up
