I went to Mia Cucini on my first date with my future husband. We have been here several times since then. We have always had excellent service and food!

This place is always great, whether you go for a business lunch or a romantic dinner... this place is right up with the best places in chicago...

They also seem to have a knack for making tried and true italian dishes seem new & fresh.

Doesn't get any better in the 'Burbs

What a gem in a quaint part of town. Come in for lunch on the outdoor patio, come back for dinner and drinks! A great place to meet friends and eat the night away. The chef makes an incredible butternut squash ravioli that still tastes great at the Palatine Street Fest where the stand is always overflowing with great choices. Stop by after a long day at work, it's just a hop, skip and a jump from Metra.

• Pros: Good service & food, great brunches, wood oven
• Cons: Can get a little loud, cigar smoke at bar
