Price will be more than expected

Went here for the first time at the beginning of November. Website says men's cut and style starts at $24.I was charged $33 by the girl at the front and she didn't say anything about it so I think its safe to assume that $33 is their actual price. Consultation is free so there wasn't any special up charge for being a first timer. Never asked for anything special when I booked the appointment so don't know why I was charged 37% more than I was expecting. If you don't mind being surprised when you pay then this is a great place for a haircut. Just remember to bring some extra money if paying with cash. You'll need it.

On a separate note Vanessa was awesome and knows everything about hair. She told me exactly what she was doing and gave me a few options to consider for what I was looking for. Unfortunately I won't be going back.

Great Salon, especially Kim!

Salon Lorrene has very friendly staff that all care about their clients. I needed a new stylist and a friend told me about the salon a fews years ago. Now, I will never go anywhere else. I go to Kim, she is a great stylist and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a good result! I don't trust anyone else with my hair!

USE A COLOR GUARD!

I have only one complaint about this place. They do not use any type of color guard for the hairline...and it takes me several weeks to get the color off my hairline and around my ears! It looks really bad & obvious because I have light skin. I can't understand why a color salon would not use this type of stuff. I know it exists.

They have great spa treatments (facials, waxing, massages) plus wonderful haircare professionals. The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff is helpful and efficient. It's a joy to go there.

Great Place for Spa Treatments

I have only used this salon for spa services but if the rest of the services are like these, I should be going there for everything. Although it can be busy (and I usually have to book in advance with my favorites), the staff is always friendly and courteous and do their very best to accommodate my crazy schedule.. I have had facials, waxing, pedicures and massages here. I most frequently see Diana for facials and waxing; she is meticulous, pleasant and knowledgeable - certainly the best experience that I have had with these types of spa services. But, I have had excellent experiences with other spa staff as well. Each service provider makes a concerted effort to fashion my treatments to my individualized needs. The envioronment is soothing and confortable. I always leave this salon in a better mood than when I arrived.
