no hassles waiting or pressure

I am so pleased with the service I received at this store! They were recommended by Dyson customer service as the place to go for Dyson service. I mention this because the Dyson store closer to my home in Highland Park I found on my own was soooooo high pressure insisting my vacuum wasn't worth repairing and I needed a new $700 super something from Germany. Anyway, I brought it to these guys in Skokie and I got my vacuum back the next day repaired under warranty at no charge. Thats how its supposed to work.
