Excellent Shoe Repair Shop

I have been using Lou's Shoe repair for about 2 years. I find his craftsmanship to be excellent and his customer service to be over-the-top.
(Note: the address listed is incorrect -- he just moved. He is now on Dempster in the strip mall across from the Skokie Swift (about 5000 West).
