Excellent doctor.. I liked doctor Pollak the first time I met him. He spent A lot of time with me . He is very personable and knowledgable . Most importantly he solved my problem in one visit. I would highly recommend him to all of you out there.

Doc review. Very busy doc referred by my good friends and I was not disappointed at all . Addressed my problem in very efficient manner and most importantly solved an issue that has been long standing. I have sent my own friends to him who were also very pleased. Dr pollak has expanded hours and will always get you in the same day . I'm glad I saw dr pollak and rank him as one of the most caring I specialists i have ever seen. He was even available on Saturday

The Worst. I was kept waiting, no big deal, then I was rushed in, no greeting, no bedside manner..asked a few routine questions, looked in my nostrils, spend 6 minutes with me, the entire time rushed and taking phone calls. He told me that I needed a hearing test (for a cough?) and I explained that I'd just had one a month ago and that it was perfect for my age. As if HE needed the hearing test, not hearing me, he insisted that I call his office to schedule the test. I was then dismissed. I relayed this experience to my referring doc who replied "This isn't the first time I've hear this. I won't refer more patients to him. He was simply trying to make money off of you".

Terrible. I have never seen or been to a worse doctor i took my son to see him we had an appoiment at 3 got there at 2 30 and still wasnt seen till 345. He was very rough with my son i wouldnt even recommend him even if you were dying. The staff is almost as bad as he is. He has a medicial degree but no degree in being a polite indiviual.

Great Doctor!!. I seen dr.Pollak at his Chicago Offiice. Appt was scheduled on the same day. Waited only a few minutes to see the doctor. Problem was solved almost immediately. He is the best ENT doctor around. I would recommend this doctor to anyone. The good thing is is that he has 4 different locations. His staff is very good and concerned about us. I also noted he has excellent training at Northwestern University.

Great Doctor. I saw Dr.Pollak today and I dont know if I've ever met a more patient and polite doctor. I was refered to him by a couple of people and they have nothing but great things to say about their results. Dr. Pollaks treats his patients to the highest degree. thanks doctor

Highly recommend. My child needed his tonsils taken out. Dr. Pollak's bedside manner was exceptional.

I felt that my child would be very well taken care of under his kind and watchful manners.

He explained the procedure entirely and gave me ample time to answer all my questions.

I felt very reassured and comfortable with him as did my son. The surgery went very well.

I would highly recommend him to any of my friends and family

a perfect ten. Dr.pollak has 3 locations to choose from. I saw Dr. pollak at his chicago office for a throat problem that had bothering me for many months. Within 15 min. Dr.pollak was able to diagnois my problem and provide me the appropriate medication. His bedside manor was exceptional and made me understand exactly what my problem was. I would strongly reccomend him for any of my family or friends. His office staff was very helpful and super friendly.
