Very Unique. I love this place...It's set in far from the street at the end of a long curving drive way. When you reach the parking lot, you can't help but notice the World War I Airplane outside the entrance. Inside the ambience is nostalgic and romantic. The old time decor of the period makes you feel like you've stepped back in time. You can sit down and have a cozy, quiet dinner while you watch planes land & take off down a run way. Food & service is good. Dinner here is more moderately priced.

This red-blooded, red-meat restaurant pays homage to America's military past in a relic-filled farmhouse.. In Short
An original World War I airplane sits in front of this converted French-style farmhouse near Wheeling's Palwaukee Airport. Vintage military photos adorn the dining room, where families and history buffs nosh on meaty fare like prime rib, pot roast with veggies and dumplings, and teriyaki chicken stir-fry over linguine. Relics from both World Wars and audio excerpts of Churchill's and Roosevelt's battle addresses provide a history lesson while you dine.

Great Date Place. Not only does the food at the 94th gives you something to talk about, but the atmosphere does as well. It is a beautiful sight (and suprisingly quite) to see the planes landing at night. A real conversation piece!
