Very poor customer service-owner has no integrity..
I made a HUGE mistake by choosing Jacobson Electric to order a light fixture for our remodeled kitchen.
Sales person suggested a three to four week delivery time. Did not happen. After six weeks of misinformation, blame shifting and so on-from Jacobson personel, checked directly with manufacturer. Learned this item was readily available.
Given this info., owner (Steve) gave assurance fixture would be at store on a particular date. Btw-the worst lies about our order were told to us by the owner, Steve. Arrived at store to pick up fixture-and was told by staff that it had not been shipped yet. We demanded they give us a refund.
We ordered the piece from another vendor. It was hanging in our kitchen in less than a week.
