In Short – Brick walls, a carnivalesque red-and-white interior, and old-fashioned ball lights create a festive backdrop at this North Shore favorite. Little Leaguers and groups of teens dig into shakes, malts, sundaes and cones. Flavors range from vanilla and chocolate to banana, peach, Baileys and Reese's Peanut Butter Cup, plus lighter fare like sherbets and frozen yogurt. Aside from sweets, the menu offers hot dogs, burgers, subs, pastas and more.

i'v always loved this place but the ice cream has gone down hill. I asked an employee why? "it's because we do not make it ourselves anymore, it's all produced by Ceder Crest"
- Pros: Fries
- Cons: poor ice cream

This place is a fun blast from the past. The ice cream is wonderful. And yes, be ready for kids having post-soccer season treats.
The BEST!

This is THE quintessential ice cream parlor. It has been a main stay for over 75 years at the same location.
The Ice Cream is still made the old fashioned way, right on the premises. They don't mask inferior ice cream with gobs of candy and crap, like all these new ice cream spots like Cold Stone. It is just REALLY good ice cream, done the right way.
- Pros: Great Food, Cute Atmosphere, Friendly Service
