After winning the Diamond Dash, Stan Razny and staff were very helpful in getting everything just right. Having difficulty reaching his store, he even offered to have someone pick us up and bring us to the store. Talk about customer service! While in the store, all his staff were very personable and they were able to resize the ring while we were waiting in the store. Having time to browse his store, I found that many of the items were very reasonably priced. While yes there are some very expensive items, there were many that could fit anyone's price range.

I also observed that while in the store, the staff was very attentive to all the customers. One thing I have to say that everyone was so kind and happy to help. It's good to have such nice people in what is probably a very intimidating place for some people to go (I know I would be scared stepping into a jewelry store for the first time). I just have to say that everything has been so great so far with Razny Jewelers, I will definitely be going back.

I am treated with respect at Razny's which is greatly appreciated. I had been a customer of Franz's for over 30 years but left them after they lost a sentimental piece of jewelry and argued with me over it. What I really didn't like is that the salespeople were arguing with me along with the owners.they forgot that the customer is always right. I have been very happy so far with my experiences with Razny, even tho they were only small purchases or jewelry repairs.
