Found by accident, Keeping them for life!. While on the highway, my water pump belt gave out. The car was in danger of overheating, and my phone showed Auto Plus was the closest mechanic nearby. You can imagine the dread I felt: my car is in trouble, and I'm using an unknown mechanic. It turned out to be the best car-related thing that happened to me. The people at Auto Plus Inc were willing to talk for a while to explain what was wrong, what else looked troublesome, and what it all meant. My car was a '92 and I wanted to get another year out of it and they gave me an honest, lucid explanation of what we might need to do to get there. They let me know we could use cheaper brake replacements, and what exactly that would mean safety-wise - that really made me feel like I had some control over an often opaque process. They do loaner cars for free. They are quick but careful. They never recommend unneeded work. They do what you need, when you need it. Like all smart companies, they aren't trying to bleed you for cash now - they want long-term customers, so they perform only necessary repairs knowing you'll come back for the service and great work. I can't say enough good things about this place! They followed up with coupons and a newsletter; they really seem to care. I'll be using them for a long time!…
