What's going on? I would highly recommend.. I normally don't leave these reviews. I couldn't resist commenting after seeing some of the old negative reviews. I would say that this owner was professional. I was recommended by another friend who used "Bone Dry" before finishing his basement (which was done years ago and still no leaks) so I gave them the job based on 'word of mouth'. I had a similar POSITIVE experience. I was dealing with numerous leaking cracks though my foundation. Living in Des Plaines can do that! The owner noticed my sump pump levels needed adjustment as water was over the clay tile causing 2 much h2o psi against my foundation and was likely causing my seepage. This was info that I never knew about since I grew up in the city (no sumps in Chicago and no charge for the advice). He was technically knowledgeable with the foundation design. The crew came immediately from a prior job and they did have dirt. I had no problem at all with dirt since the work was all done in my basement anyway! I also requested the job be done ASAP! I think the previous reviewer must have been a competitor. Regardless they did a superior job and I highly recommend!

The Best Waterproofer Around!.
My cousin had a very troublesome home yrs ago & tried every waterproofer around.Then she remembered to call upon Bone Dry . They were, by far, the 'Best in the Business'. When I needed crack repairs to my own home, Bone Dry was the obvious choice. That was 20 yrs ago. To this very day, the repairs have held up and never had another problem again. Whenever I hear of someone needing this type of service, I will always recommend Bone Dry Basement Waterproofing!

Do NOT recommend. Completely unprofressional in his approach to the job. Tracked mud throughout the house, when I asked him to put on some protective foot coverings he just scoffed and walked away. Asked to use our yellow pages, found the number he was looking for and left the book open. He was looking up massage parlor information. Will not use Tony again.
